To GUARANTEE your room at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on the Riverwalk, please make your reservations BY 17 MAY 2008 (For dates 18 - 22 June 2008)!  As of 04/04/2008, our host hotel's Convention Services Department Manager informed us that our hotel is currently booked at 85%, 86%, and 80% for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (June 19, 20, and 21, 2008). There is another large group competing for the same hotel rooms.  First-come/First-served.  Therefore, it is considered highly-advisable to book your room today, if you might be coming, as you can always cancel with the hotel up to 72-hours before intended arrival at NO penalty.  But, if there are no rooms, you have no options in our host hotel, and everything on The Riverwalk, is more expensive!  Make your HOTEL RESERVATIONS HERE!  If you want to make your reservations by phone, the Crown Plaza Corporate Central Reservation phone number is: 1-800-972-3480 or the National Corporate Reservation number: 1-888-623-2800.  Be sure to mention our Group Code No. X04 (X-ray Zero Four).   Should you encounter any problems making reservations or have other questions concerning the hotel, please contact Deborah McNabb, Catering& COnvention Service Manager, at 210-362-6403.  Please read the Hotel Cancellation Policies!

The qualification for the 1-Night's FREE hotel room drawing deadline has come, and passed.  HOWEVER, the Nürnberg Alumni Association is still accepting online Reunion Registration Forms and PayPal payments through midnight, June 1st.  HOWEVER, our host hotel's deadline (In our `Contract`) for releasing all available remaining rooms in their hotel for our group is 17 May 2008.  We highly-recommend booking your room well before that date, though... as there is another large group that will be in our same hotel property during the same weekend, and they'll be competing for the last of the available rooms, with our group.  So, book today.  You can always cancel within 72-hours of your scheduled arrival day WITHOUT penalty with the hotel.
